Our apartments (Villa Sunrise & Villa Sunset) are located near the small fishing port of Plimmiri and not far from Prasonisi – one of Europe’s most renowned windsurfing and kitesurfing hotspots. Both apartments reflect the timeless character of Greek architecture and were planned and designed with great attention to detail by the owners. Each apartment features a spacious living/kitchen area, two separate bedrooms, and a high-quality bathroom, accommodating up to six people. Each apartment also has a private terrace. The generous atrium, with its various separate seating areas and a beautiful olive

Both apartments are surrounded by a lovingly designed and landscaped garden. The 5,000 square meter property features many native plants. Directly adjacent to the property is the so -called maquis– a wild, evergreen Mediterranean vegetation zone that changes with the seasons. This idyllic natural setting invites you to explore and enjoy it, whether you’re looking for active pursuits or simply relaxing.
